The difference between stainless steel and titanium steel

Send message to us.

Titanium is not a rare metal, on the earth ,the reserves of titanium is 16 times of copper, nickel, lead, zinc. The proportion of titanium is only 1 / 2 of iron. But titanium can stand hammering and extending just like copper, under ultra-low temperature titanium will become more rigid and like superconductor, otherwise, the steel will become fragile incompetent.

Titanium enjoy good acid and alkali corrosion resistance. It will not get rusty even being immersed in the sea for 5 years, otherwise corrosion metamorphism of iron and steel will be degenerate in sea water. Titanium alloy will not be corroded by sea water. "Titanium submarines" which is made of titanium alloy can sneak into the depth of 4,500 meters in the sea, general steel submarine will easily be crushed under only 300m water.
