Austenitic stainless steel is austenitic organization of stainless steel under room temperature. It contains Cr 18%, Ni 8% ~ 10%, C about 0.1%,it has stable austenitic organization. Austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steel including the famous steel of 18Cr-8Ni steel, on this basis it increased the contents of Cr, Ni and added other elements of Mo, Cu, Si, Nb, Ti which is the developed series of high-Cr-Ni steel. It is non-magnetic stainless steel and has high toughness and ductility properties, but it has less strength properties which can not be enhanced through the phase transition, only can be strengthened by cold working, such as adding the element of S, Ca, Se, Te etc, and it will has good cutting properties.
