Located in Shanghai, our welded pipe plant has four product lines.900
continuous hot-rolling strip steel product lines is able to produce as
much as 0.6 million-ton hot rolling strip steel (of thickness 1.5-12mm, width 200-700mm) per year.
Cold
rolling& Zinc coating product lines introduced pull pickling in
shallow channel technic. Together with rolling machine, tension leveler
and bright anneal furnace, it produces as much as 0.3 million cold
strip steel (of thickness more than 0.15-2.0mm, width 200-400mm).
Zinc coating product lines introduced electrostatic oiling and shower
passivation technic, turning out products of high quality. Our products
are widely used in such areas as building, cars and household
prepainting industries as well.
According
to the current market, we introduced high-precision high-frequency
welded pipe product lines and zinc-coating product lines to manufacture
bright black annealed medium/huge sized welded pipes, square pipes and
zinc coated steel pipes.
Besides,
we are also well equipped with many testing equipments such as material
testing machine, c-s analyzer, metallographic microscope, sclerometer,
torsion meter, water press, pipe bender and eddy scanner so that our
products are monitored at the very beginning, which ensures that our
products would be of top quality. |
