Started in 2000, Steel Rolling Mill II is located in Shanghai, where section materials are mainly
produced. With rolling mill (of size 750, 550 and 450) product
lines, we produce 1.4 million ton steel products per year. Our products
include I-beam, channel bar, mine I-beam and mine U-beam as well.
We
introduced universal mill product line at an early date. Together with
two-high roughing stands mill, intermediate universal mill, finishing
mill, heating furnace, descaling device, progressive cooling table,
flattening machine, hot saw and other equipments, we are able to
produce IPE and H-beam (of height no more than 300mm) according to GB/BS/EN/ASTM standards and our products are of top quality, which are well received both at home and abroad.
To
conform to the policy of adjusting product structures and providing
better products, we operated another large-scale special steel plant
with a view of producing quality carbon steel/alloy structural
steel/alloy tool steel/bearing steel/spring steel, etc.
Besides,
metallographic testing machine, material testing machine, together with
nondestructive flaw-detecting machine, all these combine to ensure that
our products are of top quality. |
