Started in
1997, Steel Rolling Mill I is located in Shanghai, where
section steel and steel bars are mainly produced. With main mill (of
size 450 and 650), we produce 0.6 million ton steel products every
year, such as equal/ unequal angle bar (of side length 120mm-200mm) and
flat bar (of width 25mm-400mm). Numerical controlled continuous bar
mill (of Model 650) is able to produce round bar (of size40~150mm),
rebar of steel grade HRB335 & HRB400 ( of size 6~20mm).
Meanwhile, it also developed rebar of BS & JIS standard.
High-speed product line has been put into use since 2001. It is
equipped with bloomer (of size430 & 500), four stand rough tandem
mill (of size 300), six stand and two stand? intermediate tandem mill
(of size250) and four stand finishing tandem mill (of size250).
Together with other subsidiary equipments like horizontal wire rod
producer, multiple flying shear and progressive cooling table, we are
able to turn out 0.5 million ton high-speed wire rod (6.5~11.5mm) per
year.
Apart from our quality monitoring
system, we are also furnished with chemical analysis lab and universal
testing machine. All these combined to ensure that our products are of
top quality and they are well received in China. Besides, we enjoy
ready market in Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia, India, Middle East,
Africa, etc.
