Manufacturing process
The tin free thin steel sheet (TFS) instead of the tin coating steel sheet is formed into a thin sheet with a layer of uniform metallic chromium and hydrated chromium oxide on the surface of the cold-rolled steel sheet through being treated with electrolytic chromic acid.
The tin free thin steel sheet (TFS) which has good corrosion resistance and coating property not only can be used for can material, but also can be widely used for orienting and printmaking material, bucking material steel sheets for painting and other various purposed.
