From Mr. Ma Zhongpu, a hardened expert in steel industry, although the steel export amount has largely raised recently, affected by the international situation and anti-dumping, the market prospect for steel export is not so good.

Global steel output is swiftly recovering these days, except for China, the 1st season output of developed countries has raised 20%-30%, but actually, they haven’t reached the general productivity before the crisis.

From Mr. Ma Zhongpu, China has not prepared for large export in short term. Before 2008, there were few cases directed against Chinese steel export, the total steel export amount was only 2.8 millions tons last year, but there were uncountable anti-dump cases.

Besides international trade protectionism, it also means the whole international steel market still remains at a low ebb.
