SUS630 is martensite precipitated hardening stainless steel. Enjoying high strength, hardness, good weld ability and corrosion resistance. It is widely used in valve, shaft, chemical fiber industry and high strength components where corrosion resistance is required.

Characteristics

Consist of copper, niobium / columbium, the precipitated hardening martensite stainless steel enjoys low carbon content, better corrosion resistance and weld ability than ordinary stainless steel, like 18-8 stainless steel, simple heat treatment process, good cutting property, but the deep, cold processing performance is poor.

Application:

High corrosion resistance and high strength component manufacturing, such as bearing, steam turbine part.
