Within 10years from 1998 to 2006, with the help of government policies, our output has reached since 0.2 million tons to 5 millions tons, productivity reached up to 10 millions tons.
From the statistics, the actual output of 2006 was 5.1 millions tons, about 60% growth rates, import volume fell to 2.6 millions tons and export volume rose to 0.6 million tons.
